Chuka University Students Association hosted a benchmarking delegation from the Laikipia University Student Association, in a consultative meeting that brought student leaders together to exchange ideas on leadership and campus programs. Discussions focused on key areas shaping student life, including sports and games, cultural week activities, student elections, clubs and associations, chaplaincy services, and strengthening the relationship between student leaders and university management.Throughout the engagement, the two teams traded experiences, compared notes, and gained fresh perspectives on running vibrant student programs and effective governance structures. From managing spirited student elections to coordinating cultural weeks that transform campuses into lively cultural showcases, the session underscored a shared goal, building stronger, more inclusive student communities where leadership and collaboration go hand in hand.
